Commissions:
[CASHAPP, KO-FI, AND PAYPAL ONLY!!!]-As the artist, I reserve the right to use any art I produce as an example, WIP post, and showcase post UNLESS told otherwise. The original resolution or with an appropriate watermark will be on each post. I will not claim the content of the commission as mine, and it will remain the exclusive property of the commissioner to do with as they please.

-Please do not spam my inbox, DMs Etc. I will keep you updated on the commission and I will ask for the question if needed during the sketching process. Once everything is finalized with the sketch process I'm going to need time to put effort into the final piece so please be patient and please respect my boundaries when I need space to concentrate on your piece. I have a life outside of stream and coms, so please respect my space! I'm physically and mentally unwell so I have A LOT of doctor's appointments, and personal things to focus on so commissions WILL BE SLOW!!!!

-If you keep rushing me and you haven't given me a due date on your commission, You will be charged a $50 rush fee!! If you refuse to pay the rush fee you'll have to wait patiently. If you still don't want to wait, I HAVE FULL RIGHT TO DENY YOUR COMMISSION WITH NO REFUNDS!!!!

-The owner of the design reserves the right to make edits to the original design. This includes the change of species (barring any original species they do not have permission to use) sex, gender, color, hairstyle, or clothes (if applicable). The owner cannot change the rarity of the traits of a closed species. The original design must always be credited to me [Feng Moonlight]

-The owner of the design may draw, commission, and otherwise use the design for their own personal story as a reference or otherwise.
The owner of the design may not resell the design for more than they paid for it, regardless of other art- unless said art is a commission of legal tender (AKA USD, Euro, etc.)-All payments must be in $USD unless otherwise noted and sent within 48 hours of payment request.
Payment methods for commissions must be 100% upfront. (No: I'll pay half now and then half later, No: I don't have it right now, can you hold onto it? etc)-I reserve the right to refuse a request for a refund for any reason. Should a refund be offered or accepted, the buyer will receive a 100% refund BEFORE the sketch is finalized!! I will come to you about any updates or changed during the sketch process, but once the customer is satisfied with the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS afterward.ANYONE BREAKING MY TOS AFTER THEY ACCEPTED!! YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMMISSION ME OR HAVE ANYONE ELSE COMMISSION ME FOR YOU!! AND YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED!!!
